I’m glad you’re here. I’m Anna, a bilingual psychotherapist offering virtual therapy to adolescents and adults throughout Texas. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself.
My style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I will meet you with compassion while also helping you notice patterns, understand your experiences more deeply, and practice new ways of caring for yourself. We can move at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful to you.
I am especially interested in how culture, relationships, past experiences, and the mind-body connection shape emotional well-being. My goal is to create a space where every part of your story can be approached with care.

Therapy with me is personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. Depending on your needs, I may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), person-centered, psychodynamic, solution-focused, mindfulness, multicultural, holistic, and somatic approaches. Our work may include understanding patterns, strengthening coping skills, connecting emotions with physical responses, and creating changes that feel realistic in your daily life.
In addition to psychotherapy, I work as an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant and have training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I do not currently offer PCIT as a standalone service in this practice, but this experience informs my understanding of parenting, caregiver-child relationships, and early development.
My background includes a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in clinical psychology. I am also a doctoral candidate in health administration. This interdisciplinary training helps me approach therapy with scientific understanding, curiosity, and compassion.
Sessions are available in English and Spanish for adolescents ages 14–17 and adults of all genders who are physically located in Texas.

A gentle note about documentation and scope
When clinically appropriate and within my professional scope, I may review or complete certain legal, immigration-related, ESA, and FMLA forms or documentation for an additional fee. These requests are considered individually and cannot be guaranteed. This practice does not provide crisis or emergency care, psychological testing, custody evaluations, or court testimony. Therapy is available only while clients are physically located in Texas.
