Request an Appointment
Getting started
Begin by requesting an appointment through the secure form or by emailing aaguado@mindbody-collective.com. If you would prefer to connect briefly before scheduling an intake, you may request an optional 15-minute consultation.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive access to a secure client portal where you can review the welcome information and complete consent forms before your intake session.
Your sessions
Sessions are approximately 50–53 minutes and take place through secure telehealth. You will need to be physically located in Texas during each session and have a private space with a stable internet connection.
Privacy
What you share in therapy is confidential, with legal and ethical exceptions such as immediate safety concerns, suspected abuse or neglect, or a court order. We can discuss any questions about privacy before beginning.
Urgent needs
The Mindbody Collective does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988.
Fees and policies
The standard fee for an individual therapy session is $150. A limited number of reduced-fee and Open Path spaces may be available. Payment is due at the time of service, and debit or credit cards are accepted securely through Stripe.
The practice is private pay and does not accept insurance or submit insurance claims.
Attendance and cancellations
Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged $40. If you are running late, please reach out. After 15 minutes, the appointment is considered missed. We may discuss whether scheduling remains a good fit after three missed appointments.
Letters, forms, and document review
Legal, immigration, ESA, and FMLA forms or documentation may be considered when clinically appropriate and may involve a separate fee. Completion is not guaranteed and depends on the therapeutic relationship, available records, clinical judgment, and professional scope. A third party’s acceptance of any document cannot be guaranteed.
